Refund Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Purchases through the App Store or Google Play

If you purchased the Chingu Pass or Chingu Weekly through the App Store or Google Play, you don't need our permission for a refund β€” the payment is handled directly by Apple or Google. Contact whichever store you purchased from:

  • Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com, or Settings β†’ [your name] β†’ Media & Purchases β†’ purchase history
  • Google: Google Play β†’ Order history

We (HANFLOW, LLC) don't process these payments and can't issue a refund ourselves β€” Apple and Google make that decision independently, per their own policies.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 9 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, EU/EEA users have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of purchase, unless you've accessed paid features during that period. Exercise this right through Apple's or Google's refund process above.

Trip Guarantee

If Chingu is genuinely unavailable or unusable before your scheduled trip, contact us at mikey@chingu.app with your purchase confirmation and travel dates β€” we'll help you get a refund from Apple or Google.

Subscription Cancellation

The Chingu Pass is a one-time purchase β€” it doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.

Chingu Weekly renews automatically. Cancel it anytime via your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, not through us β€” we can't cancel it on your behalf. You keep access until the current billing period ends.
